When will my order arrive? 📦 

    • Allow 7-14 days maximum for order processing. 🗓Simply contact us via email 📧 at: shop@belove-ed.com if you are missing a tracking number after the maximum 14-day order processing timeframe.
    • Next, expect delivery based on the postal service and shipping day(s) selected. 🛫🛩 📫 
    • Signing upon delivery may be required to ensure you've received our products with care. 🖊  💛 
    • Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver due to being made-to-order, eco-friendly, customized pieces. 🏷 
    • We are fulfilling orders in a timely fashion, but once item(s) are shipped out, we have no control over any unprecedented delays the postal service may be subject to. 🚚 
    • Please Note: BELOVE-ED INC. is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged items. Once we ship orders, a tracking number notifies customer(s). From there, the postal service is responsible for delivery. All import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  Contact the selected postal service for your order immediately if there is an issue with your delivered package(s). 🚛

        What payment options do you accept? 💳 💸 🪙 

          • BELOVE-ED INC. currently accepts a variety of checkout options including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, JCB, and ELO.  All forms of payment are subject to the fee policies of these third party processors. 
          • Sales Tax may be included on products, shipping rates and total order cost. Taxes vary based on location. Payment of duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

            Are you offering International orders yet? 🌍 

              • We do not accept international payments, and we do not ship internationally yet. We are shipping in the United States only at this time. 📧 Subscribe to our email list so we can keep you updated as we expand. 😊

                        What if my item(s) arrive damaged, get lost or stolen? 📦 

                        • BELOVE-ED INC. is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged items. Once we ship orders, a tracking number notifies customer(s). From there, the postal service is responsible for delivery. Contact the selected postal service for your order immediately if there is an issue with your delivered package(s). 🚚 
                        • Signature confirmation may be required by customers on specific items to ensure that orders make it to the customer's destination with care. 🖊 💛   

                          What if I received an incorrect order? 😳

                          Simply contact us via email 📧 at: shop@belove-ed.com with your customer order information. BELOVE-ED INC. will review and confirm your original order information within our records, then once approved, can ship the correct order to your original shipping address. We are glad to make the moment right for you 😊
