  1. When will my order arrive? 📦 
  • Allow 7-14 days for order processing, Beloved :) All orders are prepared & shipped out in the order that they are received. Then expect:
  • Ground UPS Shipping to arrive no later than 4-5 business days. 
  • UPS Next Day Air Shipping to arrive no later than 2 days.
  • Signing upon delivery may be required to ensure you've received our products with love. 🖤 
  • *Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver due to customizing pieces just right for you.  
  • We are fulfilling orders in a timely fashion, but once item(s) are shipped out, we have no control over the UPS delivery process due to the unprecedented COVID-19 circumstance that our shipping carriers are subject to. 
  • Contact us at shop@belove-ed.com if you do not receive a tracking number after the 14 day order processing. We are happy to resolve any issues.

  1. Why is my order delayed? 🚚 
  • We are fulfilling orders in a timely fashion, but once item(s) are shipped out, we have no control over the UPS delivery process due to the unprecedented COVID-19 circumstance that our process is subject to. Simply check your email for shipping and delivery updates.

  1. What payment options do you accept? 💳 
  • Belove-ed Incorporated currently accepts a variety of checkout options including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, JCB, and ELO.  All forms of payment are subject to the fee policies of these third party processors. 
  • Sales Tax may be included on products, shipping rates and total order cost. Taxes vary. Payment of duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  1. Are you offering International orders yet? 🌍 
  • We do not accept international payments, and we do not ship internationally yet. We are shipping in the United States only at this time. We will keep you updated as we expand, Beloved :) 
  1. Can I cancel my payment? ❌
  • Unfortunately, payments that are fully processed cannot be undone. Once your order number items are shipped out, BELOVE-ED cannot issue order refunds. 
  • Email us ASAP at shop@belove-ed.com to cancel the shipment of your order.

  1. Can I get a refund? 💰
  • All sales are final. 
  • Once your order number item(s) is shipped, BELOVE-ED cannot issue order refunds. 
  • Email us ASAP at shop@belove-ed.com to cancel the shipment of your order number. 
  • If the item(s) delivered to you does not match what is displayed on the confirmed order slip, simply contact us at shop@belove-ed.com describing your situation, full name, and order number. After reviewing your order, BELOVE-ED is determined to correct any mistakes on our part to the best of our abilities by shipping the correct order to you. 
  • BELOVE-ED reserves the right to refuse customer returns, and refunds to customers at any time.
  • We are dedicated to making the moment right for you if you are dissatisfied. We do offer store credit for unique circumstances, Beloved :) 
  1. Can I exchange my item(s)? 🏷
  • All sales are final. 
  • If the items delivered to you do not match our confirmed order slip, simply contact us at shop@belove-ed.com describing your situation with your full name, and order number. 
  • BELOVE-ED reserves the right to refuse customer returns, and refunds to customers at any time.
  • We are dedicated to making the moment right for you if you are dissatisfied. We do offer store credit for unique circumstances, Beloved :) 
  1. What if I received an incorrect order? Do you accept Returns? 😳 📬
Item(s) not matching your order slip? We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns

  • A customer is only eligible for returning item(s) if BELOVE-ED delivered products that do not match the original confirmed order. If you received the wrong item(s), we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! We are dedicated to looking into your order further to ensure you receive the correct item(s) from us.
  • Under this circumstance above, customers have 30 days from the order delivery date of the incorrect item(s) to request a return.
  • BELOVE-ED cannot accept any company approved returns after 30 days from the order delivery date. 
  • To start a return: 
  1. Contact us at shop@belove-ed.com with your full name, order number, and describe the situation. Our team will review our mishap, and correct the order by sending you a return shipping label, as well as instructions via email on how/where you can send the return-package. Please be advised that customers completing this return must either personally provide or purchase the return package. However, BELOVE-ED will purchase and provide the shipping label for you. 
  2. Once BELOVE-ED receives and inspects your return, we will mail out the corrected order to you.
  3. To be eligible for our store credit gift, BELOVE-ED must receive your returned item(s) in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.
  4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email of your gifted store credit to use on future BELOVE-ED purchases :)
Items sent back to BELOVE-ED without us approving a return will not be accepted.
BELOVE-ED reserves the right to refuse any returns or request for refunds at anytime. 
    1. What if my item(s) arrive damaged, get lost or stolen? 📦 
    • BELOVE-ED is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Once we ship your ordered items (and the customer receives a tracking number via email), the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier (ex: UPS, USPS, etc). Contact the shipping carrier immediately if there is an issue with your delivered package(s). 
    • Signature confirmation may be required on specific items to ensure that your product makes it to your destination with love. 🖤
